Austin D. was a pleasure to work with. He is definitely a person that meets no strangers. He went over all the paper and signed documents before he started the job. He explained what needed to be done and I was very pleased with his work ethic. He had to replace the hoses to my washer machine. It may seem like an easy job, but he had to break a sweat getting one side off. I enjoyed him and I will be a returned customer if I need a job done. Thanks again Austin!!

After a panic on a Sunday morning, waking up to no hot water and an attempt to fix on our own, we called Martin Bradley. Not only did Angela answer, she was very professional and explained that it unfortunately will be a higher charge for it being a Sun call, and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision to have someone come out. A little bit after hanging up, I received a text with information about who would be coming to our house, along with a picture, which I greatly appreciated. Then I received a second text with a time range that Matt would be arriving. I was sent another text from Matt stating he was on his way. Such great communication. When Matt arrived he was very nice and listened to my husband expiation a few things and within a few minutes had everything fixed. And since he was already here, he was nice enough to look at another minor issue we were having in one of our bathrooms. He explained what we could do to fix the issue ourselves and was so nice about it. We will use them for any issues we ever have moving forward with plumbing. Very professional, great communication, and although expensive for a weekend call, nothing different than anyone else would have been for a weekend issue. I had initially called and left a message for another company who is supposed to be 24/7 and well over 2 hours later, I have still not heard back from them. I would highly recommend Martin Bradley for any plumbing needs.

We were very happy with Martin Bradley plumbing. They helped us choose the appropriate double handheld shower head. They communicated when the item arrived at their warehouse and within 2 days the technician came and installed the item. The technician was very polite, on time and very conscientious installing the shower head . The entire staff that we dealt with at the company couldn't do enough for us concerning our project. Highly recommend! Matthew was a pleasure to work with. He quoted our project and gave us very detailed information on the work to be done. Once scheduled, the team arrived and finished the job as promised. The team was very courteous and professional, communicating with us all through the process. This is the only plumbing company we will use going forward and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

First time customer they were recommended by a friend. When I called they were booked solid for the day but after hearing situation they not only worked me in but sent two of their management team one being the general manager to fix my problem. They made one old lady's day a whole lot easy and I felt so blessed and grateful that they took the time to help me out. Excellent company with excellent people.

Martin Bradley responded to my call very quickly. I relayed information and a photo to the receptionist, which she turn sent to the tech. He was on the job site quickly and replaced the expansion tank under my house. He and the other tech were very polite and professional. THANKS GUYS

Trevor was on time and very courteous. I got a notification when he was getting g close to our house. He fixed our problem quickly and cleaned up after himself. I 100% recommend Martin Bradley Plumbing!
